All items to be returned or exchanged must meet the following conditions:

  • A return/exchange request must be raised within 72 hours of receiving the product by mailing us on our registered ID info@dorabyphoenix.com with your order ID and other necessary information via order number, reason for return, etc.
  • The returned product should have its tag intact, should be undamaged and unused. Items should be returned with the original bills and in the original packaging for safe transit.
  • After the product arrives back to us, it would go for a thorough quality check and only after it’s approved will it be eligible for exchange/return/refund.
  • Customized/Stitched or Made- to-order products cannot be returned. To maintain a fair stance to our tailor, artist, weaver and painting community, we deem these products to be ‘Final Sale’.
  • Products in sale cannot be exchanged or returned either.
  • For exchange of products please inform us on our registered ID info@dorabyphoenix.com within 72 hours of receiving the product.
  • If you receive a damaged product please notify us within 2days of receipt of the product.
  • On receiving a confirmation mail from us you are requested to ship the product back to us within 7 working days at the address mentioned below
  • Refunds are done only after receiving the returned shipment.
  • If the return is due to a defect issue, only then the shipping charges will be borne by us. If it’s for some other reason, the shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Please send us the courier receipt on the mail, for us to process the shipping reimbursements. 
  • If a fresh piece of the product is not in stock, the customer can either choose a different product altogether or take a credit note (valid for a year).
  • If you want to exchange the product you ordered with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code/credit note for the balance amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing your order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
  • If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and a credit note for the balance amount will be issued, which can be used for your next purchase(valid for 1 year)
