- Sunshine SerenadeAmidst the age-old debate of summer destinations, where mountains allure with their cool embrace, my heart finds solace in the warmth of sandy shores or the vast expanse of desert landscapes. While many seek refuge in the crisp air of elevated terrains, I find unparalleled comfort in returning from the arid, sun-kissed lands back into the familiar embrace of summer heat. There is an unique vibrancy in the contrast of colourful hues against the dryness of the desert or the azure blues of the ocean against sandy shores. It is this juxtaposition that inspired our latest collection for those who, like me, prefer the call of beachside or seaside or desert escapes. With each piece, we aim to encapsulate the essence of these breathtaking locales, offering a perfect accompaniment to your next sun-soaked adventure.
- Gentle GraceA tribute to the timeless elegance and comfort of childhood summers spent watching mothers and grandmothers getting ready for the evening in their soft, cotton, block-printed sarees. Crafted on finest cotton, these sarees are designed to evoke cherished memories of sipping lebu r shorbot , cha or aam pora sharbat, while the gentle fragrance of talcum powder lingered in the air. Each saree features hand block prints reminiscent of the patterns adorning the sarees draped by ma or didima thakuma during those carefree summer evenings. To complete the nostalgic experience, add a light gajra in your hair, you will be transported back to simpler times, where the soft rustle of cotton sarees and the refreshing taste of summer beverages filled the air with warmth and joy.

- AbhinetriWhen I was thinking about a new series, there were so many ideas that came to mind. At the same time , I was listening to all old Hindi and Bengali songs and I thought why not create something that would bring back memories of those days of beautiful cinema and evergreen music. But then I also wanted to make sarees that would remind us of our mothers and grandmothers, draped in crisp , paat paar cotton sarees in simple block prints during the pujo mornings. What we would call “pujor halka shaj”. Those cottons that would become extra soft, “nyata” is the word , over time and smell of turmeric and masala as moms would wipe their hands on the pallu while cooking or we would dry our hands after a sumptuous Sunday meal as mom cleared the table. This series then had to be named “Abhinetri”, inspired by yesteryear heroines and of course the heroine of our lives, Maa. We wish that this series finds a place of love in every wardrobe, hence this is the most budget friendly collection we have made so far. Make the most simple saree the most treasured one this Pujo.
- Sweet & Savory“Pujo asche” two words to bring out a plethora of emotions . Goosebumps and adrenaline rush, the booming voice of Shri Birendra Krishna Bhadra , the beat of dhaak , the soft fragrance of shiuli . And pujo means pujor khawa dawa of course . Launching the first of our pujo edit “Sweet & Savory” . Pandal hopping and munching goes hand in hand. Little this and that to curb the hanger pangs and sharing small joys with friends and family. How about pandal hopping this pujo with your loved ones, draped in a fun saree with quirky prints of your favourite gastronomic temptations while you delve in the guilty pleasure of munching on them!
